The fabric is 100% wool, and the lining is made of a gray-blue 100% cotton denim. The coats are thick and really warm; however, you don't sweat while wearing them, unlike in polyesters or even wools with heavy blends.
The most common color during the war. Early coats were a so-called "coffee with milk" color. There were also coats made of Lend-Lease cloth, which were more of a brown.
